Governance Structure

Within the Company's governance structure, there are five committees under the Board of Directors: Corporate Governance Committee, Audit Committee, Early Detection of Risk Committee, Sustainability Committee, and Discipline Committee.

We also founded sub-committees to work towards specific targets for a more effective governance system. These sub-committees include the Waste Management Sub-Committee, Supply Chain Sub-Committee, Data Management Sub-Committee, Reporting Sub-Committee, Environmental Sub-Committee, Innovation Sub-Committee, and Stakeholder Relations Sub-Committee.

The sub-committees report to the CEO and Executive Board, who in turn report to the Board of Directors.
