We consider stakeholder engagement to be of critical importance in achieving our sustainability goals. We develop many sustainability and CSR projects through our relationships and collaborations with our customers, suppliers, other external stakeholders, and internal stakeholders.

Inclusion of our stakeholders into our decision-making process, help us define our strategic objectives more accurately, shape our policies more correctly, strengthen our risk management, and create opportunities for new ideas and innovation.

For example, we conduct employee surveys to gather the opinions of our internal stakeholders and supplier surveys to obtain information from our suppliers for sustainable supply chain practices.
