Occupational Health and Safety
Our employees are one of our most valuable resources. We undertake that we will act together with all applicable laws and regulations in order to protect the occupational health and safety of all our employees, to minimize possible occupational accidents and their effects and to ensure efficiency and quality in the production of work and services in this direction, to ensure that our employees understand their places and responsibilities within this system with the training programs we will organize, to contribute to the development of their awareness of responsibility, to try to achieve our "zero occupational accident" goal by eliminating possible risks with the participation of our employees, and within this framework, to create a healthy and safe work environment for all our employees, to determine new goals and targets every year, to ensure the continuous development of our OHS System and to prioritize the OHS factor in line with this purpose.
We raise the awareness of all employees, contractors, customers and contractors of our company about OHS and provide the necessary conditions for their training. In 2021, we provided 1,784 hours of person-hour occupational health and safety training to all our employees in our group. Our company, which has been operating since 2009, has not had any occupational accidents or occupational accidents lost working days.
Our Administrative Affairs Department is responsible to track, implement and monitor our employees OHS status.
The ratio of employees represented by trade union organizations is 0%.
We believe in and respect the rights of our employees to freedom of association, union membership and collective bargaining. In accordance with the wishes of our employees, we do not have any colleagues who are members of any trade union within our company, we have colleagues who are members of chambers in our group companies.
