The Company manages human resources based on internationally accepted principles and the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion, and brings together the skills and competencies needed for sustainable growth. 


As a signatory of UN WEPs, we pledge to support women in all areas of life and particularly in leadership roles in the corporate world. 


We advocate for equal representation of women and men among internal stakeholders, committing to maintaining a female employment rate of at least 30% at all levels and aiming to increase this rate to 50%.


Similarly, our salaries and wages policy adopt equality principle by ensuring there is no salary gap between female and male employees with equal experience and competence.
